Angela Gallen, whose previous role was Group Content Editor of the Hastings Observer Series, is the latest edition to the growing East Sussex firm. Her 12-year journalistic career included reporting on Britain’s biggest regional daily the Express & Star in the West Midlands, the Sutton Guardian in South London, and the Dorset Echo evening newspaper. A stint abroad as news editor of English-language newspaper Cyprus Today followed, and she returned to the UK in 2008, joining the Hastings Observer where she worked for six years.
