RECRUITMENT firm Team Jobs is putting its weight behind the Observer and Gazette Business Awards, by becoming a sponsor for the first time.

The business, which has an office in Chichester, was a start-up itself in 2002, but now employs nearly 50 people and has eight offices in the UK.

Keen to support local business, Brendon Cook, a senior recruitment consultant, said: “The awards are about supporting economic growth and regeneration in West Sussex and its start-up businesses that are the key to success.
