A-LEVELS: Cranleigh School’s results ‘best in its history’
54 per cent of all the A levels taken were passed at A* or A grade, with 81 per cent at A*, A or B grade.
Half the year group of 116 achieved at least two A grades, more than 40 pupils managed at least three, and some managed significantly more than that.

Hide Ad11 pupils achieved at least two A* grades, with Imogen Thomas, Beth Andrew and Hannah Lock gaining two, Imara Gluning, Mike Linford, Will Stocks, Adam van Schaik, Hebe Westcott and Will Yeeles scoring three A*s, Horatio Cox four, and Terri Yoon achieving a remarkable five A* grades.
Cranleigh’s head, Guy Waller, said: “These results provide our community here at Cranleigh School– both pupils and staff – with a great sense of satisfaction.
“It is a real pleasure to see so many of our pupils achieving really high grades to access places at good universities. “This is particularly important as the jobs market becomes increasingly competitive year by year,and a strong academic c.v. is crucial.
“The girls and boys – and their teachers – have once again done each other proud and the results testify to the strong
sense of collaboration between staff and pupils in the sixth form at the school.”
