Southwick Camera Club is celebrating its recent success at the annual Regnum Crouch print competition, competing against eight other camera clubs across West Sussex.
“It is wonderful to see our member’s work being appreciated by the judge, especially given the high quality of all the images presented on the day,” said club chairman John Ellis.

In commenting on the winning image the judge felt that it was not only technically very competent but also told a story and the more he looked into the image the more he could see.
Southwick Camera Club meets at the Southwick Community Centre at 7.30pm most Thursday evenings between September and May.
Membership is open to all photographers at whatever level from beginner to experienced. Meetings include workshops on camera and imaging techniques and talks by experienced photographers from both within and outside the club.

The club also has a coffee group which meets informally every month for coffee and a chat and an opportunity to take pictures at their own pace.
