A planning application for up to 250 homes in Pagham has been lodged.
Taylor Wimpey wants to build the homes north of Sefter Road and has submitted an outline planning application, number P/134/16/OUT, which also includes a replacement scout hut, land for an ambulance community response post and a primary school.
