Ricky Austin, 35, of Northgate, Chichester: Fined £160 and must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting drug-driving (9ug/l Delta-9-THC) in Portfield Way, Chichester, on February 4, 2022. Fined £160 after admitting drug-driving (164ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Portfield Way, Chichester, on February 4, 2022. He was disqualified from driving for three years.

Daniel Matthews, 29, of Linden Road, Bognor Regis: Given a 26-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months, with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 240 hours' unpaid work after admitting burglary with intent to steal, entering a second-floor bedroom at St Joseph's, Albert Road, Bognor Regis, as a trespasser on April 9, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £128 victim surcharge.

Ivan Bull, 33, of Church Path, Bognor Regis: Fined £53 and must pay £60 costs after admitting failing to comply with supervision requirements following release from prison by failing to attend appointments on March 29, April 12 and 27, 2022, and failing to make contact since April 8, 2022.

Lee Jackson, 34, of Elm Grove, Selsey: Fined £220 and must pay £120 costs, £34 victim surcharge, after being found guilty of being the registered keeper of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements on January 21, 2022.

Barry Spencer, 60, of Hazelwood Close, Easebourne: Fined £36 and must pay £30 costs, £34 victim surcharge, after admitting being the registered keeper of a vehicle which did not meet insurance requirements on February 18, 2022.

Aaron Plant, 24, of Elizabeth Court, Park Terrace, Bognor Regis: Fined £220 and must pay £148.75 vehicle excise back duty, £120 costs, after being found guilty of keeping an unlicensed vehicle on April 9, 2022, the previous licence having expired on April 30, 2021.

Bobby Wilkin, 20, of The Causeway, Worthing: Given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement and must carry out 120 hours' unpaid work after admitting driving dangerously in Portland Road, Worthing, on December 28, 2021. He must pay £300 costs, £95 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months.

Tiffany Lethby, 32, of Chalkhill Blue Apartments, Salt Marsh Road, Shoreham: Fined £80 and given a community order with rehabilitation activity requirement after admitting handling stolen goods, a Tiffany necklace, at Blue Apartments, Salt Marsh Road, Shoreham, on August 6, 2022. She must pay £30 costs, £114 victim surcharge.

Charlie Smith, 32, of The Street, Plaistow: Must pay £2,056.17 compensation and ordered to keep his Spanish mastin dog Stanley under proper control, including fitting a muzzle and walking it on a lead at all times, after admitting being in charge of it when it was dangerously out of control in Jackmans Field, Crouchlands Farm, Kirdford, on February 27, 2022, including attacking other animals and being unable to be brought under control, other than by being shot. He also admitted being in charge of a dog worrying livestock, Herdwick lambs and ewe, at Crouchlands Farm, Kirdford, on February 27, 2022, no separate penalty.

Alan Noble, 57, of Hook Lane, Rose Green: Given a community order with Building Better Relationships programme requirement and must carry out 120 hours' unpaid work after being found guilty of harassment without violence, including loitering in a car park, sending numerous messages, making multiple calls, sending Facebook messages and sending an Instagram friend request, despite the contact being unwanted, between August 1, 2021, and September 23, 2021. He was also given a restraining order and must pay £450 costs, £95 victim surcharge.
