Fun outdoor days of play at church
For the second year running, Brighton Road Baptist Church put a temporary ban on cars using their car park and welcomed local children to come and play outside.
The idea was inspired by the successful national ‘Playing Out’ initiative.

The New Street Village Green was the location for parachute games and on the final day ‘wet play’ included a duck waterfall, fishing and the chance to take your bike or scooter through the specially constructed car wash!
Information was also available about the highly successful playschool and other indoor and outdoor activities that the church offers families throughout the year.
