We want to harness the power of this face transforming action and use it to make a real difference to the lives of people with mental health problems who come to us for help.
Anybody can experience a mental health problem. One in four of us do each year, but it’s not something we often talk about.

Hide AdSussex Partnership Foundation NHS Trust looks after tens of thousands of children, young people and adults with mental health problems across Sussex, Hampshire and Kent.
But there’s only so much the NHS can support and that’s where Heads On comes in.
We work and fundraise to make things better for the people who come to Sussex Partnership for help, whether that’s by providing funding for special projects, patient and family support, pioneering research or the transformation of local mental health hospitals into more comfortable and welcoming environments
On Friday, March 11, we’re holding a big fundraising event called The Big Grin. Please, help us if you can.

Hide AdIt’s so easy to support and there’s lots of different things you can do in your community.
You can ask your bosses to support a dress up or dress down day in return for donations.
Maybe you could organise a cake sale and donate the proceeds?
Or see how many people you can make smile throughout the day with some jokes. You could charge 20pence for a smile, 50p for a giggle or £1 for a full blown belly laugh!
