How on earth can Cllr Ray Dawe expect to continue enjoying the great privilege of a bi-weekly half page in the County Times in which to air his scaremongering and quite disingenuous propaganda with regards the abhorrent North Horsham development proposals, when he has been and apparently still is, in the business of denying his fellow Conservative councillors their own similar rights of free speech?

Surely, if he continues to deny those councillors their rights, and refuses to honour the County Times’ Freed Speech Charter, he MUST forego the privilege, shouldn’t he?
