Paramedics called to Horsham’s new John Lewis and Waitrose store
Two ambulances were called to Horsham’s new John Lewis and Waitrose store yesterday (Thursday June 18) just a few hours after the grand opening.
Paramedics arrived at the store in Albion way at around 3.30pm after reports a man and a woman, both in their 80s, had fallen near the Waitrose escalators.
A spokesperson for South East Coast Ambulance Service said both patients sustained minor injuries and were checked over at the scene without the need of further hospital treatment.
