Hailsham Bonfire Society defied Storm Brian to bring the town's streets alive with fiery spectacle during the annual celebrations on Saturday.
Members were joined by societies from across Sussex in the spectacular torchlit processions.
The evening ended in a feast of light and sound with the grand fireworks display and destruction of Guy Fawkes.
