School donates itsHarvest Festival
Staff, parents and pupils were asked to bring in dried food and tins to donate and they did not disappoint with over six boxes of goods received.
Talented St Mary’s Cook Rob Braybrook also created a spectacular bread sheaf decorated with a bread mouse.

Hide AdTim from Bexhill Caring Community visited the school to meet the children and collect the goods. He said “Due to local support like this from St Mary’s the store cupboard is starting to fill up nicely.”
The donated food will be distributed to the elderly, housebound and lonely people of all ages in Bexhill over Christmas and during the winter months
Organiser of St Mary’s Harvest Festival, teacher Di Forester said: “It is lovely to be able to give something back to people who are in need within the local community. ”
St Mary’s are holding their annual Christmas Fayre at the school on December 3, 12noon-3pm and they look forward to welcoming many local people to the event. There will be games, stalls, refreshments and Father Christmas will also be making an appearance.
