Horse rescued after becoming stuck in Warninglid ditch
A female horse that was stuck upside down in a ditch in Warninglid has been rescued this morning (Friday August 29).
Four technical rescue unit officers were called to a private land estate off Warninglid Lane at about 8.30am.
Officers extracted the horse from the ditch using animal line rescue equipment and a tractor.
The incident was handed over to a vet and the land owners.
