Representing Crawley Town they narrowly lost 1-0 to Oldham in the final at the scene of the League One play-off final between Preston and Swindon but certainly had a day to remember.
Oaks were given a tour of the stadium and walked on the pitch and in the match itself enjoyed a lot of the play.

“Eight boys from the Oaks Primary School got to play at Wembley Stadium before the League One play-off final.
“The boys spent Saturday and Sunday at Wembley where the Football League treated the group like kings with a hotel stay and tour of Wembley inside and outside, as a whole a weekend the boys will never ever forget.
“The boys got to go in the Swindon and Preston changing rooms the royal box, press box and interview areas and of course playing on the hallowed turf of Wembley.

“The game ended in a 1-0 win for Oldham but the Oaks representing Crawley Town played a great game and the result didn’t dampen what was a priceless weekend which every boy will treasure forever.”
