Little Myles Tommy King performed an impromptu launch ceremony for a book about his famous great great-grandfather.

Myles, only a few months old, is the great great-grandson of Brighton and Hove Albion legend Tommy Cook

He is pictured clutching a copy of the recently released book Tommy Cook, The Double Life of A Superstar Sportsman by Phil Dennett.

Phil was unable to hold a formal launch because of the pandemic restrictions.

Myles stood in for an informal launch during a visit to Tommy’s grand-daughter Julie Hallett, of Southwick, with the baby’s parents Samantha Hallett and fiance Mason King, of Worthing.

Phil, 70, a retired journalist from Burgess Hill, said: “If little Myles turns out to be as good a sportsman as Tommy, he will have done very well.
