In its latest investment in the south coast, Cayuga Homes has completed its first stage of regeneration of the Montague Quarter shopping arcade in Worthing by bringing a range of exciting top brands and independent retailers to the fully let centre.

Now shoppers can enjoy browsing in, TK Maxx, Game, HMV, Select, Precious Little Things and the Cloud Gallery, before relaxing with a dining experience at popular Nando’s, Curds & Whey – Cases Wine Bar or the Comics, Games and Coffee Emporium.

The multi-million pound transformation has breathed new life into the Montague Quarter, which links Montague Street with South Street. Refreshing the Victorian glass arcade and improving the lighting has revitalised the shopping experience.

Cayuga Homes director Tim Harding explained: “We wanted to breathe new life into the area, by attracting leading national brands which people know and recognise, as well as high-quality local independents. It is now an attractive and enjoyable shopping and dining experience.”
