New business park proposed in Oving

A new business park could be making its way to Oving after plans were submitted

It would be built on the land north of Drayton Waterside in Oving, if plans are approved.

The proposed development includes employment space for general industry, storage/distribution, indoor sport and recreation. There will also be office units with 139 car parking spaces, cycle parking and electric charging points.

The employment floorspace would be split into 33 units which are arranged in terraced single-storey blocks in the park.

According to the plans, the businesses set to open on the site include The Glorious Spa Co Ltd, a car wash and valeting business, Spade And Fork, Maidenhead Aquatics, Camping World Chichester, Whizzbikes bike shop, Little Streets (children’s role play) and Skinners Sheds.
