Driver rescued after car stranded in floods in Ashington
A man had to be escorted to safety after his car became stranded in flood water in Ashington yesterday (Monday July 28).
Fire crews were called to the B2133 at about 3.20pm.
Firefighters helped the driver to a safe area.
